Science has proved a long time ago that to hate something is really unhealthy. And now, according to the new data you may have depression or anxiety problems if you will be unhappy with your work.
We accept the first job as something temporary, not very important, and usually just the way to be more independent from our parents. However, some people build the career there, even if they still do not like what they do.
You may think that these people still have good health and can reach something bigger. Modern researchings show that workers unhappy with their jobs suffer from different mental and physical illnesses. Even the clinical disease may reach them sooner than if they would stay happy with the job they really like.
Hui Zheng and Jonathan Dirlam from the State University of Ohio showed the new data that confirm if you are not happy with the job that you have in 20s or 30s, you probably will suffer from different diseases when you will be 40.
They gathered information about 6 432 American citizens which took part in the national survey in 1979 year. After many years these people told if they are happy or not with their jobs, ranking it from 1 to 4 points, where 1- was completely dislike, and 4 – huge admiration.
All of them shared the information about the health.
Researchers checked the data and discovered the tight connection between people who dissatisfied with the work in 20s and suffer from health problems in 40s.
